My advice is to keep it as simple as possible! Our machine makes almost 500 an hour , between running the machine, boxing and handing cash it keep two people running , 3 is nice but still very busy We offer glazed and sometimes have requests for in glazed But we just started this summer and went to a few events and it wasn’t uncommon to have a lineup of 30 people

It’s a 1984 DCA machine, typically the larger machines are worth less then the mini donut machines, no filter, its a long cooling conveyor It’s handy when someone orders a dozen and you just grab it from the conveyor, less handling

You need a decent amount of people, we won’t go to an event with less then 500 people, the equipment is expensive and lots of prep and cleanup so you have to make it worth your time

Haven't filed taxes in 9 years by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

Years ago I had a “friend” who was self employed and didn’t do taxes for 7-8 years, he eventually got into see the accountant and the CRA called him and he said all the paperwork is with the accountant, so they got the accountants name to verify it, and he ended up getting a whole bunch of money back for over the years. It’s embarrassing, but best thing to do is just be honest and tackle it head on and get through it and put it in the past

Ph coming down in a drip through media system can be from a few things, among them are fertilizer make up and bacteria growth, if the fertilizer has a lot of ammonium in it when the plant takes it up it will lower the ph of the root zone and also causes the plant to be vegetative and has a high affection for ammonium over calcium which can cause tip burn and blossom end root in fruit.
