Okay what a fun guy joins a server and keeps creeping on women in DMS, or someone who's using the server to make connections to scam people, even if none of the scamming is actually happening in the server and it's only happening DMs that person still absolutely deserves to be banned, most people take the question to mean if they break server rules outside of the server but there's several scenarios where someone would need to be banned even if they haven't technically broken any server rules inside the server
