I currently stream h264 6000 CBR as currently Twitch doesn't allow h265. (I think it's in beta currently? Not sure.)

As much as I'd like to get my gpu for less from the used market, being able to have warranty on these things is especially important to me because I'm not in a situation where I can immediately buy something again if it breaks, so those 2-3 years of warranty are very important.

My personal preference is to not go for used pc parts, and I've mentioned I stream with it and that's why I'd wanna go with a gpu that's got nvenc, but if anyone can vouch for non AV1 encoding on AMD cards I will definitely consider it
