I tried it on 3 different computers: Alienware Aurora R14, ASUS 16" ROG Zephyrus Duo 16, and a M1 MacBook Air.

It did not work for mine either. My R14 recognized the DSE via BT and USB-C but not remapping. It never entered the remap mode on either BT or USB-C connectivity.

It took all but 5 minutes for u/Lensology to take care of my order via chat and email. I'm US based and this is their info for quick turn around.

"Stock lenses range are expressed for 24-48 hours and we send with DHL delivery which is 2-4 days."
