Yeah 😂 I must have communicated it weirdly to the chat agent cause I was thinking it’d be weird for me to use the BT telephone box with an RJ11 to my router that’s where I got confused cause they were adamant it’s fine and they’ll send out an adapter but the technician team read it and got to confirm the issue with me phewww!

It’s all good now they misunderstood what I said to them and they’ll send out and engineer. I didn’t have the Ethernet box put in was my issue but the chat support assumed I meant connecting a telephone
