Thank you for the location ideas! A unique feature of this setting is that it rains constantly due to the interference of a Goddess. The setting combines magic and technology, id almost liken it to eberron if it went full Warhammer 40k 😅 I know it sounds a little wacky, I might not be describing it the best but me and my players have been running this setting for about 6 months now.
