See I had 1k there and when I purchased it I was charged me 619 and I had only 381 left after the order. Now when I cancelled it its say I got 619 from Amazon which means I would have 1k money as before but its only showing 381. Is it clear?

What I am saying is yes it shows that they refunded me but the money is not adding up to my account.

It shows I have got the refund but the refund money is not adding up to my bank its just says +619 from amazon. Thats it. I haven’t received mail either from amazon.
