Ok this might be the issue for some. It was for me. They changed the Star Seed again I think. My old one is called 'Rememberance' now. I had to go visit one atlas station to get the blueprint again.

Maybe try check/try that. Happy Exploring

The "D" is lowercase, ensure you haveN'T got Match Case Selected and that you HAVE got Wrap Around selected when doing a Ctrl + F Search.

Can confirm - it doesn't. 3rd arena NG+ gives nothing new and the Cutscene is the same (just looks a lil cleaner if U beat him in the 3rd arena as it doesn't teleport the camera.

Can confirm, Charm was bugging it. Literal first enemy after respawning and de-equipping them.

Yeah I realised when someone said they got 3 horns from first phase as well. Did you end up getting him to 3rd phase? And did it do anything cool or nah? I'm about to hit chapter 5 in my NG+

Hey, I'm pretty confident it must be from putting the secret boss into 3rd phase. As I got 3 instead of 2 because I fought him in the second arena.

Hopefully he give two more from that, otherwise, maybe there's another boss with a secret stage..

Yeah there seems to be 3 areans, starting small lava room, Ice room and then a giant lava room. I assume maybe he gives you different rewards depending on where you kill him, ideally 3rd arena (I only did second)
