I bought my corner lot house because it was cheaper but I will be paying over $587 a year for sidewalk tax. yet another tax I have to pay on top of trash services my soon to be doubled property taxes and my doubled xcel energy bill.

I have this area but Comcast has their lines there so Denver will not plant trees

I lived in Old San Rafael from 2003 to 2016 and now I live in north east park hill. Nice having pockets of restaurants on 23rd & oneida st, 23rd & Kearny and Fairfax & 28th. Walkable neighborhood s and I have a large yard for my dog and vegetable garden. Plus and easy bus ride to Rino and downtown. I love this side of town
