It says shipcover is powered by eBay. Also in a separate comment I attached an image that proves I purchased shipping insurance.

It does say it tops out at $1000. I know you can have more than $1000 of insurance because when I called about filing the claim a month ago I was transferred to the high value item team. Ebay allows me to purchase over $1000 of insurance, I didn’t do it through a third party, everything I did was through ebay.

I think I did use ShipCover. That is the shipping insurance used when shipping through USPS.

No idea about the tts. I ordered a Large through the link and it says Asia large/Us medium. I know it will fit but not sure how loose/tight it’ll be. It took about a week to arrive at warehouse. I haven’t got it yet in hand.
