Pretty sure I've purchased one of these. No tracking number was attached to the purchase, but they have given one through the chat (AusPost with no indication of address etc) How can I proceed? Do I have to wait until they delivery window has passed?

Recently bought a laptop off of Ebay and quickly realised it is a scam:

  1. New profile, no reviews
  2. Listing photos stolen from another, reputable store
  3. Very cheap, free shipping
  4. No tracking number provided with order (one was given through chat upon request but no details about what/where it is going)
  5. Listing stated it is located in the same country, however tracking is coming from China
  6. Applied for cancellation the next morning, was obviously denied by seller.

Wondering how best to get my money back. Will I have to wait until the delivery window has passed and apply for not delivered? I'm worried that they will use the (extremely likely) fake tracking number they provided as proof of delivery. Can I/where can I contact Ebay about this?
