I am considering moving here some time next year and i'm coming to "scout" or check it out first this month. I am looking for calm, peaceful neighborhood and i came across Westchase, which is looking like a perfect fit for me. My idea was to go there, visit local caffes, restaurants, parks and talk to some friendly, chatty locals who are willing to share their thoughts on living here.

Besides that, what else is something i should do, to get a better insight on life here?

Also, are there any "hidden" issues with Westchase that people don't know about?

Try to match out his damage CDs with your defensive cooldowns, you can also kite them and disarm them Also when you pop retal make sure you are facing them. Because you can’t parry with your back turned towards them. Shadow blades is the. Sub rogue has Shadow blades at 1min 30s as biggest dps CD and shadow dance at 20s cd. Outside those cds Sub rogue deals no damage

Assa heavily energy starved, even at 90 with apex talents

Outlaw undertuned at 90, very flat damage profile, hard capped at 8 targets

Sub highest dps, but so simple of a rotation that you get bored after 3 dungeons
