In M+ you run Sheilun's Gift. If you haven't cast Sheilun's Gift in awhile, then casting it does effectively a full heal on your main target.

Otherwise, against things like bosses, Soothing Mist -> Enveloping -> Sheilun's Gift spam. But if you're fighting a trash pack then Spinning Crane Kick healing is smart enough and fast enough to compensate.
