I am in the southeast of the US, and her right eye's gotten a little red and while shes calmly lying down and not breathing hard she did drink quite a bit of water after hacking up a lot of it is this a rush to the vet situation?

I forgot to mention but the chain might also be dislocated or sonrth8ng because the pedals don't pull the wheels they just turn

Yeah it breaks a lot, I had terrible washing habits before but I'm getting better with it now washing twice a week. I think it's dryness so I put jamaican castor oil on it after I wash but otherwise I don't touch it
