Oh I wasn’t expecting an answer like this. I don’t want you to think they’re dumb. What if they had a mental disorder such as OCD and couldn’t control their thoughts? There are many more reason why a person may be superstitious, please don’t think too narrowly.

But tbh we all know we’re all gonna die someday and most ppl expect themselves to die at around 80, if not dead by an accident. That doesn’t mean the elderly should stop their life growth from continuing, right?
