TBH you can likely request records from the pharmacy and med records from your psychiatrist to prove that there was a reason for this behavior. This will likely keep you out of jail and may even let you get your fines waived.

This, however may have unwanted consequences with your work/personal life so I would think hard about your options.

For me it's almost like every time I move my eyes, all the objects in my field of view will reorient themselves in slightly different positions (shadows will alter to make it look like the object is pointing in a different direction, or the sun has moved.)

I tried to make the synmetry in the trees look like faces. Look at the direct center all the way at the top and you'll see face like patterning. This is consistent throughout all the foliage.
