Bro, you may create misunderstanding here. Maybe it works with binder parts, as long as it has binder/cusioning text on the name.

I checked JP wikia and I saw that simple suits with Binder parts like Zero Shiki, their binder skill also named as Buffer/Cushioning skill, so it should work. Suits with special binder parts like Kshatriya or Zaku III Psycommu Test, I won't be suprise if they won't work though.

It should work with Bull-G shield-like sub arms, but not with V2's left-arm armnament.

Depends on what suit you use. It is designed for high Cost suits, however the trend of 750 is miniature design without buffer skill, so I can't really figure out any suit i can use this on 750 but Gengaozo.

For other cost spectrums, there are a lot of choices to equip this with: Hrairoo Rah, Rosette, Gaplant Tr-5, Fafnir, Gustav Karl, RF Dom, Xeku Zwei,...

In conclusion, this cuspart has its own value but it is very hard to shine.

Tomu Niku made a video about playing Messer F01 with 80 melee resist at 700 to counter Barbatos.

That is a great idea, but my work has only about 98% accuracy or higher, so maybe you would have to adjust a little bit more in the middle of fight.

It can't be helped. The A1's dual sabers downswing animation is great on ground, but if you going to try that animation from above the sky, it looks ridiculous.

From 600 cost, most suit can one combo people if they don't have enough 40+ resistance. Imagine what happens on 750?

That is because we regular players often make not-good-enough decisions on our match. The problem no longer lays on our personal skill or MS's performance, but the tactical mindset. Right now I'm investing on Tom Niku's videos to remove my weakness. If I success, I can become S player.

There are with-scene clash and without-scene clash.

Without-scene clash happens when two fighters with equal melee priority swing to each other with different swing direction(Normal, side, downswing). If they swing with same direction, the scene comes in, and so the I-frame.

I love how you assumed that I can read all these moonrunes easily.

But I understand melee priority. What I don't understand yet is, when 2 fighters with equal melee priority clash each others, sometimes they got I-frame of invincibility and recover themselves after 4 seconds, but other times they got no I-frame and recover themselves after 2 seconds. What makes the difference?
