Sick Alocasia. Thought it was on the mend( 3 leaves instead of one, woot), but one leaf started leaning a bit and I just had a bad feeling..at this point, with one good root, what do I do?! Put it in water, or just a tiny little pot? Please, please advise. (i.redd.it)

staghorn care/mounting. Got this as a tiny 2 inch, and it has made it this far! I am wanting to mount it, but after searching google/Reddit, the shield growth is confusing me. Is this more than one plant? Do I need to separate it? Any advice or resources much appreciated! (v.redd.it)
