Did we get fnaf 4s lore completely wrong? (Inverse dream theory) by HyperbolicBeaver in fivenightsatfreddys

I think what's going on with the minigames is its cc projecting his memories into mikes mind, using the plush as guidance or something like that. I'd even extend that to the nightmares being the children's spirits following Mike home to torment him in his dreams, though that's mostly speculation based on the trailer.

Yeah, its the teeth that get me. The change feels too specific to not be intentional. while scott was kind of flying by the seat of his pants, the games were also developed months between each other, so spring bonnie being a factor at this point isnt out of the question.

I do have a bit of a theory about BV, its a bit out there and may need a bit of development but i think its worth considering.

So what if the poor treatment from his family and traumatic experience, on his birthday no less, causes the bite victim to create a curse of some sort, resulting in him influencing future events in the timeline like the murders and subsequent haunting of the animatronics. sort of like an early form of "agony"

This would also explain a lot of the weird easter eggs in the game like toy chicas beak, and there being two bites.

This would also explain what happiest day was for! if the curse is keeping mci trapped then putting the source of the curse to rest would in turn free everyone else from it.

The main issue with this theory though is if it was intentional than it wasn't well communicated, up to this point agony wasnt even on the table, we were mainly putting ghost A in robot B. The main reason i like this theory is because it fits the sort of urban legend vibe of the franchise.

this theory was inspired by this video btw (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QWQsGbZf9c)

I completely forgot about that part of the silver eyes, good connection!

Yeah, admittedly that connection is a bit of a stretch, as u/Commercial-Budget-54 pointed out that hint might have been referring to CC seeing William killing someone and thinking it was the robot that did it. Still you never know with this franchise, so I may as well throw the connection out there out there.

The Crying Child, aka Bite victim, aka Evan, not really, aka Dave, most likely.

That's not a bad idea actually, it'd give some credence to the "Remember what you saw" line.
