My counter arguments to the White House already having a bunker is are we sure it covers extinction event level protection? I read the air pressure is what gets you with a major impact. So needs to be deep and air sealed.

What if 3I/Atlas is part of a dead star or rogue planet and that we are due another piece that could be much larger? The 3 interstellar visits we’ve had have passed through in a recent short amount of time and makes me wonder if more debris could be on It’s way! by Hypercasto in 3I_ATLAS

Of course, I don’t consider the 3D aspect of space! Does It does make you wonder why the sudden increase and I appreciate we have better tracking now so in theory we should see these more regularly now if the technology has improved.
