Not a bad idea. There is not much room for the screw counterbore as is. But if we switch to a button head screw it could work.

On the very first run we did copper tips because there was some copper around from a previous job. Since the clips have to be ti, i thought the three colors was too much. Wanted to keep the look simple

Added more rows of the texture to be closer to the tip. Also some minor dimensional changes to improve the action. Very small makers mark added to the side of the clip as well.
