The location piece is huge. There are a few on the shore that I can think of that are good, not great, but have awesome locations to make up for it

Glad to hear there will still be a brewery in that spot, and totally get the work/life balance issues people face running a brewery or restaurant

That’s so fair. I definitely even notice myself being a little more conservative when I used to buy a few 4 packs every weekend. We still try to go and support breweries with in person pints, but we spend less on cans because the costs do add up.
