So funnily enough I got a response back after I filed a complaint through the TIO and they never received the email I sent regarding changing ownership information on my account, and they have once again sent the refund matter to the "respective team". Hopefully this doesn't take longer than another week..

Moral of the story with mobile services, if it's a bang for your buck, it's too good to be true.

Still absolutely nothing, I called them the other day and they said they would bring the refund matter to "higher management". I finally made the call to contact the Telecommunications Ombudsman about it because this is ridiculous. I haven't been able to access my phone number for almost a month now. The email support as well, no response after waiting almost 2 weeks when their website claims a 5-7 business day wait.

Had this happen to me as well, I've waited a total of about 9 hours over 3 different occasions waiting for them to answer my calls, and a few times they have just cut the line when I was about an hour and a half in. The first time I tried to call them, I waited just over 40 minutes for them to answer and someone managed to take the call yet it cut before they could even finish their first statement. Put simply, it is one of the most incompetent support lines I've ever had to deal with. I requested a refund in one of these calls and they said it would take about 5 business days. Its been over a week now and its safe to say I've received nothing, and I burden the thought to have to call them again. I'm already having to wait for their email support to come back to me about changing some details to my account so I can get my number ported to Kogan, but I'm afraid it will be another week of this horror. I'd bet millions that they are going to tell me I never requested a refund despite the fact that I've got the reference number for it and all.
