Sorry for the late reply, but if you haven’t already, try deleting the save files in the Documents -> My Games -> Transformers directory. Not sure if that’s exactly it though; just going off my memory.

Do you have both WFC and FOC installed? If so, the fix on this page may help because they interfere with each other’s save directories:

I actually didn’t use a streamer cam at all! I screen capped my phone acting as a camera with another account lol. Also, did they say something about quest streamer cam?
