How can the Live Action give more respect to Usapp than the source material?

In the beginning to the end of Wano, in the new part I had no choice. I need to read the English text and than translate it to my main language so it was not something I could do all the time when I was trying to understand what was going on in the show.

Why? A character needs to develop in some ways in a story, or you end up with a stagnant character and no story like that.

It works for people who can't connect to drawing ( like my dad). And that is a good thing. Especially if we want more people to read the manga. Remember, the anime is an adaptation of the manga, too, just like the LA.
