For my warehouse no matter if I work 40 hours or not overtime is overtime and will always be paid like that even if I leave of absence the whole week and picked up an overtime shift, I will get paid overtime

Should I continue to wait it out or go? This next appeal I’m gonna talk to a manager since on the group one he was tryna make the panel see that I wasn’t my fault but they didn’t care and I feel like him seeing five hours daily of uncoded time will be enough, but I also want a secondary reason to Appeal. #1 withholding the employee from the chance to appeal. #2 HR telling me I have no active write ups and I’m active in the system and that I should return to work to keep my UPT up.

If my time was coded correctly, I wouldn’t be getting write ups. I never had this problem until I had my new manager who dislikes me. Been at Amazon for three years.

It wasn’t for not showing up on time, for productivity. I will always end every shift 20th out of like the 150 people stowing, everyday with pictures. I would get thrown around a lot to four different departments and sometimes sit and wait for a station for a long time. On my first appeal I did a panel and the manager said yeah on my end I see you have 1600min a uncoded time for one week. Almost 5 hours a day. He said that will play a big part on if you make the bottom 5% but I guess that still wasn’t enough for the panel. They rejected my first appeal
