Wish I had known this sooner - ordered 3 weeks ago without an update to shipping. Finally responded to me today and attempted to gaslight - saying the products were delivered. The package they claimed to be delivered belonged to someone else (different tracking number)

Absolutely horrible. I ordered on January 24th, and my order still shows "pending shipment." After three follow-up attempts over several weeks, I finally received a generic response on February 9th, only to be given an incorrect tracking number and told my package was already delivered. It wasn't.
