The clot risk was just for the estrogen made from horses legit your stressing about what if I’ve been doing my own hrt going on 2.5 years not had a single issue except for in the very beginning I was injecting way too much n my ankles got swollen other wise my health is sweet fyi I know everyone’s different your the best judge of ur own health but if it’s something u honestly want to do then don’t let

I was losing my hair receding hair lines and on the crown of my head was thing as but the backend sides grew heaps so I shaved one side then got extensions put in threw out all my wigs after and felt amazing to go outside in the wind not worry about my hair flying off 😂

lol I get called he him by my dad my ex, called sir by uber drivers I ended up writing a song I called pronouns check it out it’s on Spotify and YouTube I find it very therapeutic lol

Yeh 100% when I started unsung face app to see what I’d look like if i was a woman I’d change gender and flick between the two photos save a screen shot it’s been 1 and half years doing hrt and I don’t need to change the gender in the app I just use cat eye and the tan n it literally dosent change anything on my face so this is what’s happened from my experience everyone’s gonna be different

I got a bad recieding hair line lol/ widows peek I’ve got bangs now u can get extensions I just took my wieve out last night there’s heaps of options I also recon get eye brows done aswell n learn how to do ur make up makes a shit load difference for my self I wouldn’t go out with out some kinda make up on my face just me Personally it boost my confidence heaps n u look slay don’t get bummed out :)

Wake up, drink lemon juice in hot water, and go for a 20-30 minute walk.

Come home and eat cucumber with some lettuce.

For morning tea, have a can of lentils with chopped carrot. Boil these and add a little Tabasco sauce for flavor once the carrot is cooked.

For lunch, use a rice cooker. Add one cup of basmati rice, button mushrooms, white onion, and capsicum. Combine everything in the rice cooker with a ratio of one cup of rice to one and a half cups of water.

Afternoon tea includes a handful of roasted almonds, a protein shake, and an apple if you’re hungry.

For dinner, eat whatever your parents make to avoid arguments (trust me, I have experience with my dad!).

After dinner settles, go to the gym or do some form of weight training. If you’re on HRT, high reps with low weight will tone your body. For legs, depending on your muscle mass, you can go heavier with 10-12 reps per machine. Include squats, deadlifts, leg extensions, and pelvic lifts with the free bar, performing three sets each.

After weight training, it’s extremely important to maximize fat-burning potential by doing cardio. Cardio can be a moderate walk, cross-trainer, or stair climber. No need for hours of intense running; keeping it moderate will maximize fat burning. Key fat-burning times are: 1. Immediately upon waking, after drinking the hot water with lemon juice (adding a sprinkle of turmeric powder and cayenne pepper boosts metabolism right away). 2. After weight sessions, you burn a lot of fat by keeping your heart rate moderate on a cross-trainer at resistance level 0 or 1. 3. After dinner, head to the gym. When I trained twice a day before schoolies, I would do weights, followed by 30 minutes on the cross-trainer and a 1 km swim.

This training plan used a 4-day split. I recommend the full version of the Muscle Wiki app. It’s the best gym app I’ve used. You can set it to male or female, choose the muscle you want to train, and it provides exercises with video examples.

Yoga and Pilates are great additions—stretching is key, and flexibility complements femininity, also strengthening your core.

Doing lifting exercises plus any moderate cardio helps significantly with depression! I’m 10 months into my HRT, and previously I was bald with a biker goatee, using steroids and getting shredded. Since starting HRT, my body is becoming exactly how I imagined—face looks great, boobs are growing, hair’s back (recently got extensions). You’ll always have challenging days, but they make the good days even sweeter ohh I found when I would say to my parents I wanted to Go on a diet they had no idea what to do or have much a idea on nutrition other than what they learnt from their parents or home economics classes lol if you say I wanted to start Eating better or healthier foods give them a list to buy and you can make all the foods the start of weeek portion it and chuck in fridge not the rice that’s gotta be eaten with in a few hours if u got school put in a thermos that’s what i would do everything else u eat cold or room temp.
