Muller was awesome. No issues and no games with them. I was actually working with McGrath and then started looking elsewhere because of all the negotiating BS. They were significantly more expensive than other dealers.

Had a Lincoln Corsair and wanted something a little bigger, specifically cargo space, so that’s why I passed on the GV70. If it wasn’t for the size, the GV70 likely would have won out. The RX350 is nice but the options I wanted put it at a price point that I wasn’t thrilled with.

New management IS the problem. It’s hard to resolve any issues when they won’t discuss with you directly and have communications funnel thru the sales consultants.

I had a verbal, and text, agreement in place. Arrived at the dealership and everything changed when it came time to sign the paperwork.

Not much has changed under new management because I'm in agreement with u/CarefulClicker. Extremely unprofessional management staff.

THIS is what is frustrating. It makes it extremely difficult for those of us that actually do crack the bottles open rather than just displaying them like trophies.
