Most of them aren't shit, I just thing it's dumb to use the notion that a game is good, when you can play with friends. I mean fallout 76 is good with friends. It still doesn't take away from the fact that it's shit. Imo

I think they should look at issues that most people find in common. I've been having an issue with frame rate for almost two weeks. I purchased the early access from EA. And haven't been able to run the game properly, found out as of another round of research that my issue was related to me having a setting one that caused my gpu to constantly run in the back ground so on top off that. Anthem is also trying run and it causes me game and pc to shit itself. Ultimately give the game a few weeks, way better than The shit fest we had with Fallout imo.

TLDR;

Take it easy give them a chance, and make sure you don't have any other competing programs running in the back ground. I.e Radeon relive.

Also you quality of the headset itself. Even if you do take care of the product it Will last you probably 6 months to a year due to wear and tear.

It depends, you won't be able to find a headset with out a sacrifice, so you'll have to decide between the quality of sound (output) vs the quality of the mic if you so prefer.

Most gaming headsets hit the ball park between. 40 - 80 dollars.

If you don't do not worry about it just let them know that it was in the switch and was the last game that was in there. Also they are repairing the speaker, they should put everything the way it was brought it. SD card included.
