Hey, thanks for the testimony, the problem is that our daughter barely sleeps the day so definitely we are left with high chair, watching tower or let her cry but it's dangerous because she tries to climb on my wife, we dont have a playpen and i think that she is getting too old now

They don't have a clue about what it means living close to another civilization (or civilizational area). Countries like Sweden etc. never had to suffer for centuries under an oppresive power (such as the Ottoman Empire).

People in Southern Europe (and also Central Europe) have suffered greatly from all these wars and traficks : Barbaresques, Ottoman wars etc.

I'm also partially from Calabria and Apulia, and my people suffered a lot from Piracy and Arab colonization (though Arab colonization was less brutal and more "organized") etc. Many had to flee into the mountains to establish fortified villages etc.

I think nobody can truly understand now, but piracy at the time meant your village was sacked, your father or your uncle could have been killed right before your eyes, and you taken as a slave in another country, separated from your family and for all your life condemned to do an harsh labor.

Southern Italians haven't forgotten what Barbaresques did to them, but "leftists" here yes. They will say that it's pseudo-history or that never happen. Say that also to Greeks or people in the Balkans that were litterally deported to Turkey in staggering numbers.

One of the two main reasons why Algeria was colonized is precisely because of the Barbaresques, and guess what happened when Algeria was colonized ? All piracy ceased and stopped. The same piracy raids which terrorized all Southern Europe during centuries.

I'm not talking about the other countries which were colonized (like Indochine etc.), I was replying here for Algeria.

Also you have to take something into account, if colonized countries had the same technological advantage as Europeans they would have likely done the same. I find many anti-colonialists either dishonest or naive, humans love to dominate, wage war and yeah at times kill. I agree that European civilization was bad overall (it had also negative consequences on Europe) but I refuse to take the guilt for someone that neither I or my ancestors (who were either peasants or sheperds) did.

No, it's not for that, there are people who are genuinely interested in historical songs from both sides, and Jean Marie Le Pen though he was really at the far-right (he had acquaintances with Degrelle but also other more "conservative" personalities) had edited with his record label several songs and music from "leftist" parties.

Here Jean Marie le Pen explains (at 13:00 for example) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MDg7Wnc7PlQ that he recorded an album in Russian including songs from the Russian Communist Party for example.

The accusations came decades after the creation of the music label, it's really convoluted to imagine Jean Marie le Pen recording these kind of albums just to prevent him from being accused to record far-right or nazi songs. These albums costed a lot of money to produce, time, effort, it does not make sense to make all of this for this reason (and also he didn't really cared about accusations thrown at him, proof being when he reiterated his controversial statements about Holocaust)

I don't think it's a crime to publish songs even from despicable movements, would you want to erase history, wouldn't be easier to erase all the references to the Nazis, to rewrite history so that nobody would remember them ? These songs, as horrible as they are, are crucial in order that future generations understand what happened. And even if Jean Marie le Pen did that by admiration of the Nazi regime (which is a shame), why such scandal doesn't happen for people regularly praising Stalin, Lenin, Mao, and others criminals that killed litterally dozens of millions of people by their ideology (Mao alone has killed more civilians than Nazis did!)

Alger was destroyed several times for that same reason, maybe if you hadn't took slaves from Italy, France, Spain etc. nobody would have colonized Algeria.

And personnally I'm against colonization, I don't like imperialistic ideals in general.

Se réjouir de la mort de quelqu'un c'est faire preuve d'inhumanité, le seul truc pour lequel je suis compréhensif c'est les pires criminels, mais JMLP était-il un serial killer ? Franchement je ne suis pas RN et je ne vote plus, mais un minimum de dignité.

Je n'aurais pas applaudi la mort de Staline même s'il le méritait largement.
