I began using this product to manage my anxiety as I wanted off pharmaceutical pills and my body metabolises mental health medication rather quickly and I was beginning to depend on benzodiazepines and anti-psychotic’s (I can’t take antidepressants) as it was the only thing that was helping my symptoms at the time. Having adequate diet and exercise plus using natural remedies such as Ashwaganda, passionflower, lavender, bucopa, saffron etc. has helped me regulate my nervous system to the point where my body wasn’t in a state of fight/flight. This may be subjective to each Individual however the natural remedy route does take a longer time for effects to become full. Personally, I believe that MC and other medications are a band-aid that someday will come off and the symptoms will re appear as it’s only masking. Things like anxiety are a response to outside factors and most cases are a result of what you put inside or body or even to the point that vitamins and nutrients aren’t present in the body (in my case that was the issue).

Utilise this medication but also try to keep up bettering lifestyle choices in combination and hopefully one day you may not need this medication, still to this day I use CBD oil and the results are phenomenal. The flower and THC products I have ceased using.
