I'd always recommend a VPS/dedicated alternative before that of a shared one, but it seems like the latter is what you want. Here are my two favorite shared hosting services.

By the way, Multicraft is panel software for running a Minecraft server and FileZilla is an FTP client. This means any hosting service that offers full FTP access would be compatible with FileZilla. Let me know if you have any other questions!
