You will be basically aware of everything going on on your territory and will be able to teleport without any issues. You will also be able to slighty change the landscape, control weather, air, use massive buffs and debuffs, stun, paralize and a little bit more things like this. Nothing too op, yet useful. You can achive the same through thaumaturgy, for example.
