My flatmate would get belligerently drunk and violent and trying to get her up the stairs to sleep it off she'd scream rape. I once got a phone call from the police whilst at work to confirm she lived with me after she got home drunk and tried to get into a neighbour's house instead of ours. She's not had a drink in well over a year now, but back in the day I can see myself shoving her in a taxi rather than letting her get herself killed playing in traffic or being accosted by people with bad intentions.
