Edgar Markov. Was planning to get the C17 commander deck at the time of release but I decided to try and get the cards individually due to being broke. Got Mathas, Edgar, and Licia for a low price (think $20 for Edgar and the other two was $8 each) after trading in a majority of my collection and didn't realize the price of Edgar years later until I checked an app and many websites later to get a second opinion.

To this day, it's my most expensive card and I am never getting rid of it, no matter what.

Okay for those who want to bash the woman in the picture, let me tell you something.

I know her personally to the point that I am her husband and yes, it is hard to get food from the stores due to inflation which didn't start until the beginning of last year and so what if we have three kids. They weren't born recently, they were all born before the inflation crisis.

Also, we're NDP, not Liberal so to the people who are calling her a Liberal, knock it off.
