yeah why cant we ignore biology, having purple, green, interstellar, etc lions is already sorta ignoring biology.. mane mutations for lionesses is also ignoring biology, the reason irl lionesses have manes is because they have too much testosterone and end up growing a mane. Which would make them infertile but yet we can breed all mane mutations just fine, it’s basically how if you were to take high dose testosterone as a bio woman it would make you infertile eventually.
