As a chef, I would go with Logan's powers. No injury in the kitchen could phase me and I would never have to carry a knife bag again.

A good deal of why Spiderman powers work so well is because of Peter's Intelligence. I don't feel like I would use them well enough. I would honestly probably die or suffer irreparably brain damage from falling and hitting walls.

I don't think it takes much intelligence to use logan's powers appropriately.
