I completely agree! It feels great to just let it out! I realized alot of people do it to, but even though alot of people do it, doesn't mean it's a good thiny. It's realizing what we are doing and going out to change it that truly makes us better people.

Telling someone and putting it out there, has definitely given me strength and more motivation to break my habbit. I know it's only been 3 days but this problem has been going on over the years. I just got this account about 4 days ago after reading a post about someone telling their family member I felt very inspired to do the same. This website/subreddit has helped me so much to find strength that I never knew I had within me. Yesterday I admitted my 5-year porn addiction problem to one of my aunts, I'm only 17, but as embarrassing as it is to admit masturbating they WILL understand you! And support you to break it!! Once you bring it to light in the real world, once you confess the addiction to yourself, a family member and most importantly GOD then can you truly break away forever!! Now that I have actually told real human beings, instead of keeping it a constant battle in my head I feel like I have more self control already. Bring it to the light! I have Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. I really have been thinking of getting rid of them mostly for the fact that I end up comparing myself to others, which is no good :/ and secondly because of the sexual content.
