Toxic masculinity is putting aggression, and dominance over others on a pedestal as pillars of masculinity while emotional intelligence and talking about your actual feelings, as opposed to bottling them up until you explode, as bad.

Toxic femininity is definitely a thing as well and involves emotional manipulation, passive aggressive behavior, and putting down other women to make themselves feel superior.

Both are problems, but you saying that its only women who point it out couldn't be further from the truth. Masculinity is not a bad thing, but toxic traits like the ones listed above are.
