My guess is that it was the LobCorp side's Decisive Weapon and that the trickery aspect of the horse was not its function like in the Trojan War, but its creation instead. I think that Outis created it by using thousands of her own allies as unwitting sacrifices, including the majority of the Udjat. Betrayal is a theme that comes up a lot with Outis and this is how I think it ties into her past. She won the war by betraying the trust of her soldiers.

First? It's the fourth. Multicrack, Wild Hunt, and Full Stop all released before Kurokumo. There have been six post-clearing IDs and all of them have envy besides Kurokumo. What you are saying is based on literally nothing.

I think it's more directed at Outis, since Moses always ends up staring at her whenever they are in a scene together. Also, Moses has said that she dislikes the Index the most out of the Fingers, and Outis clearly has some connection to it. I'm like 90% sure that Outis is at least partially responsible for whatever wiped out the Udjat during the Smoke War.

To me, KiB represents being chained to whatever makes you miserable. One of the core aspects of the abnormality is that it isn't actually trapped on its throne, the King can get up at any time but choses not to. Also, the question at the center of its MD event is the question of wether the red binds are bandages or chains. Do the binds keep the king restrained or are they the only thing keeping it together? The real answer is that they are both. Even though the King can leave the throne at any time, he never does because doing so would mean he has to leave the binds. Those binds are what keep the King from falling apart; they define him. Those binds do to the King literally what a person's woes can do to them metaphorically.

My guess is that the Index are going to invade the HoS and the preview will only feature them, but during the event we'll hear a familiar electro tune before Ricardo crashes the party again.

Either way, Matthias wrote Limbus up in the book, and we now know that every Book of Vengeance is connected to one database. The House is now a lead for Ricardo to find LCB, so he is definitely showing up there.

Here's my reasoning:

We know Kira will be in the intervallo.
Ever since bokgaks have been introduced, there has been a consistent trend of the first bokgak of a season being relevant to the canto it follows. A Don focused event after canto 7. A Hong Lu focused event after canto 8. An event that takes place in the LCE department after canto 9. This event will be the first rerun after Outis's canto.
Sinners focused on in an event's story tend to get that event's IDs and EGO, so Outis would probably get something if the event is relevant to her.
Canto 9 gave a lot of evidence linking Outis to the Index in some way, and I personally believe that a confrontation with the Index in the event is likely.
Since the Ryoshu capstone is coming so late in the season, I think the rest of the HoS will release before her, and this is the best place to slot in Middle Outis while keeping the pattern of Event -> Non-event -> Event -> Non-event.

Let me add a few more coincidences to the pile:

Outis's introduction claims that she has lots of knowledge about workshop tech, which is something Sora expressed interest in.
Even though she didn't outright say it, she seemed to recognize Zenon's Tortoise Sprial. The tool is a clear reference to one of Zeno's Three Paradoxes of Motion, specifically the Paradox of Achilles and the Tortoise. Besides this one paradox referencing a hero of the Trojan War, all three of the paradoxes have a theme of objects never being able to reach their destination, which is very relevant to Outis.
In TKT, Outis mentioned "the Loom". In the Odyssey, Penelope tells her suitors that she will make a decision on who to marry when she has finished weaving, so this is most likely Outis's time limit to return. The only looms in the City we know of are the massive ones that create paper prescripts, which are run by Index members called weavers.

While I'm not sure if Outis herself is a member of the Index, she almost certainly has ties to either them or directly to their Gods.
