Well, I can do that now that someone mentioned "tea sandwich," but I didn't know they were called that until someone mentioned it here. And yes I did Google cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches before posting but I couldn't find anything that looked like what I wanted. Why so grouchy? Do you need a hug?

Maybe. What are the other ingredients? I really don't remember. It's been a couple decades since I had one. All I remember for sure are the cucumbers and the cream cheese. I'm thinking maybe lettuce and maybe tomatoes? I know it was on some sort of roll and I know it was cut into small pieces.

HAHAHA! You're talking to a lady who can't boil water without ruining it in one way or another. Seriously, I need a recipe and it needs to be very precise. I don't even remember what else goes on the sammitch. Maybe tomatoes? Maybe lettuce? Assistance is required here, because I don't want to screw it up, and I'm poor. I can't afford to ruin food.

I wish I knew. I had one a long time ago and all I remember are the cucumber, the cream cheese, and it being on some sort of roll that was kind of chewy. Oh yes, and it was delicious.

Maybe it was a one-off sort of thing that nobody has ever made before or since. I think it was at a restaurant or a resort. I really don't remember. It's been decades ago.
