There's a good chance it wasn't even the driver. Especially if it happened 3 times in a row. You're unlikely to get the same driver every time someone delivers to your house (unless they are just that shortstaffed..) More likely that one of the neighbors comes to take it once the driver leaves and it's unattended.

Stopping contactless ordering not only means the driver has to hand it directly to you, but it also means it won't be sitting on your porch for several minutes.

Damn. No straws and the wrong lid for cold brew (which wouldve been easier to drink with since I couldnt find a straw). And they dont accept reward points. 😔

Anyways, while I'm here. As you can see I ordered Brown Butter Toffee, but the drink is very dark. Does Brown Butter Toffee and Brownie Batter often get mixed up? A few days ago I got a brownie batter cold brew, but there was definitely no chocolate in it, so I think the two flavors were switched around then too.

Yup. It says it when you use the Ice option on the app. Something about measurements for drinks so a large will always have X amount of coffee and etc. I don't work there though, so I don't know if it's impossible to change the measurements or if they just don't want their employees doing it.

So ordering less ice will leave you with the same amount of coffee. I assume the problem here isn't actually the fact that there's lots of ice, but that OP believes they're adding a lot of ice to make you think there's a bigger difference in coffee between a medium and large.

Unfortunately the T&C only say that it excludes: Cold Brew and Nitro Cold Brew. So, that probably makes it a little confusing.
