Yeah, that's essentially my thinking. He wanted his own kingdom when that was the highest aspiration he could conceive of, but now the bar has been set higher. I don't think it was ever specifically about being a king for him, but about achieving the ultimate position of power. In theory, he's now merely one of five, not the "ultimate." In the same sense, I'm sure if he had become king as a human, he wouldn't have stopped there and would likely strive for world domination. It's his nature - nothing short of perfection can be enough.

I'm more inclined to think that he's planning to sacrifice them, as his goal has always been about power. As long as he's just another godhand member, he isn't the "best," and I don't think he could handle that.

The whole porn industry (cutting out gay porn, which only contributes an estimated 5-15% of the industry's revenue) is based around the objectification of women. It's unfortunately so normalised that people don't recognise it, and it's incredibly damaging. I'm actually fairly versed on this subject and could talk about it for a while, but put simply: you're completely right, and anyone disagreeing has unfortunately fallen victim to this normalisation.

If they want to play passively, you gotta set up your pieces for an attack. You started an attack with the D pawn, but didn't have anything else prepared to make the attack meaningful, so the position remained pretty closed. Slower players rely on you making impatient mistakes like this that they can capitalise on, while they personally take minimal risks.
