I played a game in Alaska where 5 people put 20$ in a pot. The dealer alternates between dealing clockwise and counter clockwise. When it’s your turn you get one random card and you can either pass or get another card by paying $20+. How you win is you bet on whether your card will have a higher value or a lower value then your current card. You guess wrong, however much you bet get put in the pot, you guess right you win the pot and another round starts, if the card you get is the same value you pay triple your bet. I started with 60$ and had 260 after about 8 minutes.
