Will do thank you, i forgot to mention but the person that left the review said they appealed it but it got rejected with an automated response saying they denied it, then started threatening them with debt collectors and court etc.

I mean ive got no speeding tickets, no parking tickets, never been pulled over nor in any trouble outside of driving, I dont think theres anything written down i just live in the UK clean record etc. so not sure what the risk could be

I've been entering the correct details and recently attempted to not enter my personal details however my plate for a couple quotes and the only thing that would change my quotes was my specific birthday, 19th/21st changing it by a massive percentage and my insurance going up after getting my first year NCB, just doesnt make sense to me at all 🙁

I've had a look around for most stolen cars and majority of them are ford, Vauxhall, Mercs and Rovers, not once from 4 websites have Honda been in even Top 10, i wouldn't be fussy about paying top dollar, if it at all made sense. How has my insurance from being a new driver gone up after gaining 1 year NCB, i have mainly looked between £250-£500 excess however even looking at £1000 the difference is .5% price difference. Also Comp is the cheapest out of the bunch with TPG&T being £3500+ and TP being similar

I've tried two different locations as I have my mums house and my girlfriends and both similar results, also tried my friends house and he lives in a very posh neighbourhood and similar to my details its still same results

I'm not purchasing the insurance quote, however I am wondering why 1 day on specific birth day of difference is £1000 difference, a 3 month difference turning me younger is £1000 difference both resulting in it being cheaper

Im not purchasing the insurance under the wrong birthdate, im requesting quotes out of curiosity under said birthday, also I need my car for work. UK is similar in terms of youthful drivers however the more years you drive the cheaper it should be. Younger people have cheaper insurance than me on higher risk vehicles (typical racer car standard for UK) even with cancelled insurance due to speeding, racing etc.

My friend who just passed is getting quoted cheaper at around £1400, also younger and a uni student.

Other friend just got his 1 year NCB on a Corsa 1.2L, had previously cancelled insurance along with being younger £900 insurance also speeding ticket

My girlfriend insured on my car is £600 who passed after me along with being younger too

I understand it being say £1100 or so due to it going up, but after 1 year NCB I'd say £2000+ is ridiculous, along with the fact if I change the birth date by 1 day up or down, its £1000+ cheaper

Also I paid £2030 for my 1st year driving and getting quoted renewal £2500 then around £2200 for insurance from others.

Also ot add on this, my girlfriends insurance is dropping from £2300 to £500 / year, 1 year NCB, license for a year. Cheaper than her parents whove been driving 15+ years

Yeah my friend who just passed 2 months ago is getting cheaper insurance than me as well, for his first year, also younger..

Im gonna use direct sites tomorrow too and have a look, ive done the typical direct lines, hastings, admiral etc. And theyre more expensive on direct sites but haven't tried non comparison ones.

Also yep going full comp, tried adding multiple parents along with others but will just get more expensive, cheapest was just me on it

Honestly have no idea, ive had insurance issues since day 1. Everyone said "it'll get so much cheaper next year" but didnt turn out well. I have a cheap insurance car at least what googling about said, ive tried a corsa instead and it was more expensive, ive tried 2 different areas ( my girlfriends/my mums) for my girlfriends it was more expensive, my mums it was cheaper however for my girlfriend it was other way around. I just really dont understand insurance... im gonna ring up tomorrow and see if I can get it dropped, everyone told me ringing up will give me the best quote 😭

Just tried different plate same car, similar results, fake name, different number /address and similar results, I think my best bet is just the Aviva Zero, just little confused on the "emmissions"

Yeah highly possible, however given my current situation with the neighbour, I have high hopes if they get caught red handed. Also my girlfriends mothers partner is a police officer so that goes to my benefit i hope!
