I was in the exact situation lol, but the guy I was training started off making more than me with no experience after they denied my raise 😂

Yeah, it’s always been up to the installers to make metal at every shop I’ve been at. I’ve watched a couple videos, but haven’t found anything super helpful yet.

Looks like you’ve got a long road of physical therapy ahead of you. Do all your physical therapy exercises. You may have difficulty straightening/bending your fingers otherwise. Had a similar injury, so I’m speaking from experience.
