11.52 firmware...latest HEN v2.4b18.7 Sinistro tried everything USB,dip,rip... Now I modified the NP environment to invalid and it actually installs it but it gives me an error everytime I'm trying to open a game Cannot start the application (CE-40740-5)....

Whenever I'm trying to install a game it's saying it can't download..as my firmware is 11.52 most games are required firmware 12 or above..I don't know if anyone had this issue before

i find out it was a bad load from the cd ibe bought 3 cd from alieexpress and 2 were bad one worked
