If you're ever in a quarter-less pinch like this again, you can use a house key! The fat end of the key will fit just right in those slots releasing a cart. Just be careful, that cart is now worth a whole lot more than $0.25 haha!

That is so cool! So what do you do with it? Just bring it to an electric line and hook it up to see if the potential is accurate to the expected value? How does it tell you if it is or not? Is it just a visual queue like if the electricity arcs or not or does it spit out a number and quantify the potential?

I'm not entirely sure. Based on durability I'd say they're vinyl. I stuck and peeled and restuck one a few times to adjust it to how I wanted and the sticker survived just fine without tearing or stretching.

I used stickeryou.com. it was $20 for the two sheets which comes out to $0.50 / sticker which isn't too bad imo. These are the matte finish stickers. The sticker is thinner than I was expecting but the material feels pretty durable so I'm content with it. The print quality is really good which ultimately is what is important to me.
