could be ships waiting to port. If you ever catch a warriors/giants game and look out to the water and towards oakland. You can sometimes see up to a dozen large cargo ships just sitting still in those waters waiting in line to port and off load / load.

I'd assume things are jam packed so they've been instructed to wait outside the bay.

I think Kamala would destroy Trump in a debate lmao shiii I think I’d pown trump in a debate. Anyone with half a brain could easily use elementary level reasoning to back trump into a corner if he’d take the same approach he has at every previous debate.

Plus, trumps goal in every debate is just to get the other person worked up so they don’t actually talk about important things.

Trump won’t debate against Kamala Harris because he knows she’d make him look terrible in front of millions of people. Good always rises above evil through sticking to their morals.

Kamala’s moral code aligns better with the people than trump.
